Week 0–2
Site visit, feasibility review, and a transparent ballpark estimate. No commitment, no charge within Metro Cebu.
Week 2–10
Architectural and structural design with fixed-fee milestones. You approve every drawing before we move.
Week 8–16
We process building permits, barangay clearances, DOLE notices, and fire safety evaluation on your behalf.
Per program
Weekly progress reports with photos, S-curve tracking, and an open-book change order policy. Site access anytime.
Final 2 weeks
Punch-listing, as-built drawings, warranties, and a 1-year defects liability period backed in writing.

Every Fortaleza site runs with DOLE-accredited safety officers, daily toolbox meetings, and zero tolerance for shortcuts. Certifications audited annually.
